Pumpkin Spice Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen riced cauliflower
  • 3 tbsp pumpkin purée
  • 4 chunks of frozen sweet potato
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 scoop Smooth Vanilla Clean Lean Protein
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • Handful of ice

Method

  1. Add everything to your high speed blender and blend until thick and creamy.
  2. Top with optional toppings like yogurt, bee pollen and cereal (or any of your favorite vegan alternatives).

Healthy Snickerdoodle Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1-1.5 c unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp seeds
  • 1 serving Smooth Vanilla Clean Lean Protein
  • 1 c frozen zucchini
  • 1 c frozen cauliflower rice
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or sweetener of choice
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tbsp flax seed meal
  • 1 tsp maca
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Drop of vanilla extract
  • Dash pink salt
  • 4 ice cubes

Method

  1. Blend and enjoy!

Banana Almond Protein Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 3 frozen Bananas⁠
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk 
  • 2 tbsp Almond Butter 
  • 1 scoop Smooth Vanilla Clean Lean Protein
  • 2 tbsp Cacao Powder 
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Cacao Nibs 
  • 1/2 tbsp each of hemp seeds

Method

  1. Blend everything together in a high speed blender until smooth.⁠
  2. Pour out your smoothie into a glass.⁠
  3. Top with your favorite toppings!
