I'm Alyssa Vassallo, and I'm a professional runner, all-around superstar, and a Nuzest sports influencer. If you have ever wondered what an elite endurance athlete's typical daily nutrition looks like, you are in luck! Read on to find out what I eat in a day.

I graduated from the University of North Carolina (UNC) at Chapel Hill in May 2015 with majors in Chemistry and Exercise and Sport Science. At UNC, I was a two-time NIRCA All-American. I placed 4th at the 2013 NIRCA XC Nationals. The following year, I won the Southeast Region Championship and placed 5th at Nationals. In 2014, I was voted the GSTC Best Elite Cross Country Performance of the Year at the USATF Club Cross Country Championship and hold a 5K personal best of 17:16.

Last year, I joined the Saucony Hurricane Team and Garden State Track Club. I am shifting my focus to the marathon and hoping to qualify for the 2020 US Olympic Trials.

Below, I wanted to give you a little cheat sheet so you can see what I eat in a day, so you too can eat like an elite athlete! (And you know I can't go without my Clean Lean Protein!)
