Peanut Butter Cookie Shake Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 1 large frozen banana
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 2 scoops Smooth Vanilla Clean Lean Protein
- 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup crushed ice
- 1 tbsp honey
- peanut butter cups for topping
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
- Top with peanut butter cups and enjoy!

Chocolate Lime Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 tsp fresh lime juice
- 1 tbsp shredded coconut
- 1 serving Rich Chocolate Kids Good Stuff
- 1 cup milk (of choice)
- Handful of ice
Method
- Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blitz until smooth.

Strawberry Banana Coconut Smoothie

Ingredients
- ½ frozen banana
- 6-ish frozen strawberries
- 3 oz Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp flax seed crunchy peanut butter
- 1 serving Coffee Coconut MCTs Clean Lean Protein
- 1 tbsp daily Uplift Food prebiotics
- Dash of water or milk of choice
- Topped with pastel sprinkles
Method
- Blend all ingredients (except sprinkles).
Wild Strawberry Breakfast Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 cup milk of your choice
- 1 serving Wild Strawberry Kids Good Stuff
- 4 ice cubes
Method
- Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a cup and drink up!

Kids Rapid Recovery Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 serving Kids Good Stuff (any flavor works well, choose your favorite!)
- 1/2 banana
- 1/4 cup oats
- 1 tsp ground flax OR chia OR hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp yogurt of choice
Method
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend until smooth.

Pumpkin Pie Protein Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 cup steamed then frozen cauliflower
- 1/3 cup canned pumpkin
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ginger + nutmeg
- 1 scoop Smooth Vanilla Clean Lean Protein
- 1 scoop collagen powder of your choice
- 1 tbsp cacao nibs
- 2 tbsp canned pumpkin
- 1/4 c coconut yogurt
- Cacao nibs
Method
- Blend banana, steamed cauliflower, canned pumpkin, chia seeds, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, Clean Lean Protein, collagen, and cacao nibs.
- Layer your smoothie: Pumpkin, yogurt, smoothie.
- Top with mixed nut butter and cacao nibs.

Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Frozen Riced Cauliflower *steamed + frozen for sensitive tummies
- 1/2 cup Pumpkin Puree
- 1 serving Just Natural Clean Lean Protein
- 1/4 tsp Pumpkin Spice Mix
- 1 tsp Monk Fruit granules
- 1 cup Nut Milk
Method
- Place all the ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
- Top with something salty, crunchy or just plain delicious!

Vanilla Coconut Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 medium banana, frozen
- 1 cup zucchini, peeled and frozen (or use cauliflower)
- 1 serving Probiotic Vanilla Digestive Support Protein
- 1 cup homemade cashew milk
- 2 vanilla bean coconut cookies
- toppings such as chocolate and cashew butter
Method
- Blend the first four ingredients together + one of the cookies.
- Top with the other cookie, gems and cashew butter. Slurp her down.

Thiccck Green Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 handfuls baby spinach
- 1 serving Smooth Vanilla Clean Lean Protein
- 1 scoop vanilla multi-collagen
- 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower (steam + refreeze for better digestion)
- 1/2 a small frozen banana (for a little sweetness)
- 1 tbsp nut butter
Method
- Blend till smooth, scraping down the sides of the blender as needed.
- Top with dark choc + almond butter crumbles and then GET TO IT.
