6-INGREDIENT PUMPKIN BROWNIE BITES
Vegan and gluten free! These are so fudgey and the texture is my favorite in brownies - a little under baked. You can put them in the fridge to easily firm them up though. That’s a good tip for any vegan baked good - putting them in the fridge normally helps the texture. This delicious 6-ingredient Pumpkin Brownie Bites recipe is by @choosing_balance.
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- In a bowl, mix everything together well with a hand mixer.
- Lline a brownie pan with parchment paper, and bake for 38-40 minutes.
- Let cool before slicing.
I cut these into bites because the texture works best for that! They’re very chewy and fudgey, not as cake like.
