A warm and cozy bowl that will help you get your day started on the right foot!


Ingredients

1/4 c steel cut oats cooked in water

1/2 honey crisp apple sautéed in coconut oil & cinnamon

1/2 asian pear sautéed in coconut oil & cinnamon

1 packet of Simplified Superfoods

1/2 scoop Smooth Vanilla Clean Lean Protein

1/4 cup water

Almond butter

Shredded coconut

Bee pollen


Method

1. Soak steel cut oats in water the night before to make it easier to digest... in the morning, drain the water, rinse, and cook!

2. Mix Simplified Superfoods, Clean Lean Protein, and water.

3. Sautée pear and apple.

4. Assemble superfoods / protein + oats in bowl. Top with remaining ingredients.
