Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup of pumpkin purée
  • 1 pear
  • 1/2 apple
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup of raspberries
  • 1/2 cup oat milk
  • 1 cup of ice
  • 1 tsp of pumpkin spice
  • 1 tsp of honey (or vegan sweetener of choice)
  • 1 tbsp Rich Chocolate Clean Lean Protein
