Banana Bread Bites

  • 1 mashed, very ripe banana
  • 1/3 cup oat flour 
  • 1/3 cup Smooth Vanilla Clean Lean Protein by Nuzest
  • 1/3 cup room temp peanut butter or sun butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract 
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup 
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon 
  • 1/8 tsp fine ground salt 


  • 1 tbsp coconut flour oat flour
  • 1 tsp coconut sugar
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds

What if we told you that you could have delicious, protein banana bread, but you only need one ripe banana, one bowl, and no oven necessary? Pretty awesome, right?!

  1. Simply combine all ingredients until it forms a thick dough. The dough should be thick enough to stay together, but dry enough that it doesn’t stick to your hands (this is true for all my raw ball recipes!). If it’s too dry, simply add a splash of plant-based milk or water. 
  2. Form small, even balls with a cookie scoop or spoon. 
  3. Roll in a mixture of coconut flour or oat flour, coconut sugar, cinnamon, and/or hemp seeds. 
  4. Store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
