  • 1 cup steamed then frozen cauliflower 
  • 1/4 cup steamed then frozen peas
  • 1 cup frozen kale or spinach
  • 1/2 frozen green banana
  • 1/2 cup organic frozen blueberries
  • 1 serving Smooth Vanilla Clean Lean Protein 
  • 1 teaspoon cordecyps 
  • 1/2 teaspoon lions maine
  • 1/2 teaspoon spirulina 
  • 1/2 cup almond milk


Blend and top with Cacao nibs, hemp seeds & bee pollen.
