1 cup nut milk

1 frozen banana (larger = thicker)

1 Medjool date

1 tbsp tahini

1 scoop Just Natural Clean Lean Protein

2 cups spinach / kale

1 tbsp cacao powder

Dash of pure vanilla extract

Sprinkle of Ceylon/Vietnamese cinnamon
