You have to try this Mini Pancake Bites recipe by our good friend @starinfinitefood.

  • 1 cup gluten free all purpose flour (or oat flour)
  • ¼ cup Smooth Vanilla Clean Lean Protein
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 tablespoon pumpkin puree
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt

  1. Whisk together all ingredients. 
  2. Add to pan and cook until golden brown on each side. 
  3. Serve with caramelized bananas, yogurt, chocolate chips, maple syrup and butter of your choice.
  4. Enjoy!
