  • 1/2 frozen banana 
  • 1 cup steamed then frozen cauliflower 
  • 1/3 c canned pumpkin 
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds 
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon 
  • 1/4 tsp ginger + nutmeg 
  • 1 scoop Smooth Vanilla Clean Lean Protein
  • 1 scoop plant-based collagen powder of your choice 
  • 1 tbsp cacao nibs 
  • 2 tbsp canned pumpkin 
  • 1/4 c coconut yogurt 
  • Cacao nibs

  1. Blend banana, steamed cauliflower, canned pumpkin, chia seeds, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, protein powder, collagen, and cacao nibs. 
  2. Layer your smoothie: Pumpkin, yogurt, smoothie. 
  3. Top with mixed nut butter and cacao nibs.
