KIDS RAPID RECOVERY SMOOTHIE

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 serving Kids Good Stuff (Any flavor works well, choose your favorite!)
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1 tsp ground flax, chia, or hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp plant-based yogurt of your choice
  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. ENJOY!
