Kids Rapid Recovery Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 serving Kids Good Stuff (any flavor works well, choose your favorite!)
- 1/2 banana
- 1/4 cup oats
- 1 tsp ground flax OR chia OR hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp yogurt of choice
Method
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
