Banana Pudding Power Parfait
Sometimes Saturdays just call for something special. This banana pudding fits the bill for a creamy, healthy treat. Totally delish, and with each bite, fiber and protein nourish your body and your taste buds! Layer with your favorite toppings to make the parfait of your dreams!

3/4 cup almond milk (or milk alternative)
1 scoop Nuzest Smooth Vanilla Clean Lean Protein
1 cup garbanzo beans, drained
6 pitted dates
1 tablespoon vanilla
2 tablespoons coconut oil
Pinch of salt
Desired toppings to layer (shown with banana, cookie crumbles, and date sugar)
1. Add all ingredients, minus toppings, to a high powered blender in the order listed. Blend until smooth.
2. Scoop into ramekins, layering with bananas and cookie crumbles. Sprinkle with date sugar and enjoy!
