Cauliflower Protein Hummus
You won't believe how easy and quick it is to make your own customizable hummus. This protein-pumped base lays a creamy foundation to create any flavor you like. Like it hot? Add some red pepper. Like it cheesy? Go for some nutritional yeast. Any way you season it, your carrots will thank you!

1 cup garbanzo beans, liquid reserved
1 cup frozen cauliflower (thawed on countertop)
2 scoop Nuzest Just Natural Clean Lean Protein
Desired seasonings (such as nutritional yeast, garlic, no-salt seasoning)
1. Add all ingredients, minus seasonings, to a food processor. Pulse to incorporate, scraping down the sides as needed.
2. Add a bit of the reserved garbanzo bean liquid, if needed. Process on high and blend until smooth.
3. Add seasonings and incorporate.
4. Dip away or spread it on your panini. Keep the leftovers refrigerated for up to three days.
