Ingredients

Vanilla layer

3/4 cup full fat coconut milk

3/4 cup tahini

2.5 scoops Smooth Vanilla Clean Lean Protein

2.5 tbsp melted coconut oil

Cinnamon to taste

Chocolate layer

3/4 cup full fat coconut milk

1/2 cup sunbutter

3 tbsp melted coconut oil

3 scoops Rich Chocolate Clean Lean Protein

Cinnamon to taste

Method

1. Mix vanilla layer in a bowl until evenly combined, scoop into lined muffin tins, spreading evenly with a spoon or a spatula.

2. Freeze. Meanwhile mix the chocolate layer until evenly combined.

3. Smooth on top of the vanilla layer into the lined muffin tins and freeze again. Option to add some chocolate chips.
