Protein Freezer Fudge
This super easy, fiber-filled protein freezer fudge is made with black beans! It is so smooth and delicious! And because of the red pepper, a slow heat comes at the end of each delectable bite. Customize the spice of this fudge by adjusting the red pepper add-in... or omitting it altogether for an equally delicious, no-guilt treat.

1 container of black beans, drained and rinsed
1/3 cup water
1 scoop Rich Chocolate Nuzest Clean Lean Protein
3 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
4 tablespoons cocoa powder
2 tablespoons coconut nectar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
Pinch of red pepper
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon salt
1. Add beans and water to a food processor and process on high until smooth. Add all additional ingredients and process until smooth.
2. Spread into a parchment-lined shallow brownie pan. Freeze for 45-60 minutes.
3. Remove and enjoy.Leave leftovers in freezer and remove 30 minutes before eating.
