Vanilla Vegan Protein Frosting
Here's a twist on @lilsipper's vanilla frosting, with some added protein powder for a nutritional boost. The frosting is thick enough to pipe onto your favorite bakery treat while being flexible enough to spread on your most luscious cake. Plant-based frosting - who knew it would be so great?

1 medium white sweet potato, baked, peeled and cooled
2 scoops Nuzest Smooth Vanilla Clean Lean Protein
2 tablespoons coconut oil
1/2 teaspoon alcohol free vanilla
Pinch of salt
1. Add all ingredients to a food processor. Pulse initially to combine, then run on high until ingredients become smooth.
2. The frosting is best used immediately. Any remainders can be refrigerated for up to two days.
