Strawberry Cheesecake Bars
- 1 lb fresh strawberries
- ½ c oats
- ½ c coconut flour
- ½ c almond flour
- 2 eggs
- 4 tbsp ghee butter or oil
- 2 tbsp @upliftfood
- 8 oz plain greek yogurt
- 1 block ⅓ less fat cream cheese
- 1 serving Wild Strawberry Clean Lean Protein (or 2 scoops, separated)
- 1 c stevia
Preheat ove to 350 degrees F. In a mixing bowl, combine coconut flour, oats, almond flour, eggs, and ghee. Press mixture with hands FIRMLY into the bottom of a lined baking pan. Bake for 10-15 min.
Dice strawberries and place in a pan on the stove on medium low heat until thick. Stir in 1 scoop of the Wild Strawberry Clean Lean Protein and half cup of stevia. Add to crust layer and allow to cool.
Combine Greek yogurt, cream cheese, half cup stevia and the other scoop of Wild Strawberry Clean Lean Protein. Add to strawberry layer and cool in fridge! Top with more stevia.
