Vanilla Protein Mug Cake

When the sweet tooth hits, it hits! Why not satisfy your sweet tooth with recipe that will satisfy your bodies needs as well? This Vanilla Protein Mug Cake checks all the boxes. It's low in sugar and fat plus high in protein and gluten-free!

(The picture shows the recipe doubled with added optional pink food coloring to the frosting, both are unnecessary unless wanted!)



  1. Mix all cake ingredients in a small bowl. ⁠
  2. Add to a small (lightly greased) ramekin or microwave safe bowl.
  3. Microwave the cake for 45-60 seconds. 
  4. Once the cake is finished, mixed your icing ingredients except for the sprinkles in a small bowl. Top the cake with the icing before adding the sprinkles. ⁠
