Ingredients

Cake Ingredients

  • 1 serving Rich Chocolate Clean Lean Protein by Nuzest
  • 2 cups gluten-free flour
  • 3/4 cup cacao
  • 1 chia seed egg (or other egg substitute)
  • 3/4 cup coconut sugar
  • Pinch pink Himalayan salt
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil
  • 1 1/2 cups almond milk


Frosting Ingredients

  • 1 cup pecans, blended 
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch pink Himalayan salt
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 3 tbsp blue agave

Method
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine wet ingredients together, then mix in dry ingredients.
  3. Pour into greased cake pan.
  4. Bake at 350 degree for 20 minutes
  5. Cool and cover with frosting.
