Sweet Potato Protein Smoothie with Volumized Protein “Nut Butter” Recipe

One version of the Sweet Potato Protein Smoothie I always make in my stories…and that VOLUMIZED protein nut buttah (or in this case, seed butter)! Instead of banana, use sweet potato in your smoothie! (game changer!) I put it in a bowl instead of that random cup, this way you can see all the glory! Get on this yo! 1 cup frozen (pre-cooked) sweet potato

Handful of frozen (raw) zucchini

4-5 frozen cherries

7 oz plain greek yogurt (vegan if needed)

2 Tbsp unsweetened cacao powder

1 Tbsp yacon syrup

2 scoops Vital Proteins Collagen (or Nuzest Just Natural Clean Lean Protein)

***Protein Nut Buttah***

1 scoop Nuzest Clean Lean Protein Smooth Vanilla


1 Tbsp of Organic Sunbutter


1. First, mix Nuzest Clean Lean Protein with droplets of water (literally!) until becomes like an "oatmeal" consistency.

2. Next, mix in Sunbutter until well incorporated. You've now got flippin' VOLUMIZED protein buttah!
