Does GGV replace a multivitamin pill?
In short, yes, Good Green Vitality can replace your daily multi. It meets or exceeds the recommended minimum daily value of most essential vitamins and minerals. If a customer has underlying health conditions they may require specific supplementation over and above what GGV contains - therefore we recommend discussing with their health care professional.
Can I take it if I'm pregnant or breastfeeding?
If pregnant, breastfeeding or on prescription medication, we always recommend speaking with your health care professional.
How/when should I take GGV?
Good Green Vitality can be taken any time of day, with or without food. However, our health advisors recommend taking it in the morning on an empty stomach for maximum absorption. It can be mixed with water or juice, or blended into a smoothie. Ideally don't cook with or heat the product due to the probiotics it contains. If you are new to taking 'greens' products, we suggest easing your body into it with a half server per day for the first few days.
