How do I login to Refersion?

You can login to your affiliate portal at https://nuzest-america.refersion.com/affiliate/. Enter your email and your password. If you do not know your password, click Password reset and an email will be sent to you to reset your password.

How often do I get paid? How do I get paid?

We pay monthly by the 15th of the following month and via PayPal. For instance, if you send us a sale in September, you will be paid by the 15th of October. To ensure timely payment, please make sure your PayPal address is added to your Refersion portal (login instructions are above). We do not have a minimum payout amount.

How do I find my affiliate ID?

Login to Refersion (see instructions above). Once you are inside the platform, you will see a yellow box that says "Your Link." Your referral ID is at the end of that link, starting with the question mark. Your referral id will look something like: ?rfsn=123456.d90c4e

 

Can my followers get a deal?

You can have a unique coupon code to share with your followers. If you do not have one set up, please email influencers@nuzest-usa.com to request one.

You can login to Refersion and create a custom link with your referral ID to send your followers to any page on our site. To create a custom link, click on "Create link to a specific page" and then paste in the page you would like to send them to, such as to a specific product like Clean Lean Protein. It will create a new link with your referral ID at the end. You can also shorten that link by clicking on "shorten link."

 

How do I add my affiliate ID to web pages on Nuzest's site?

How long do your cookies track a customer that clicked through my link?

We have 90-day tracking cookies on their web session, so even if they purchase days or weeks later, it is still tracked to you. 

 

Is the affiliate program for a specific amount of time?

No, we do not require a timeframe for affiliates. We have many affiliates who have been with us since the beginning, more than 6 years ago! There is no commitment on your end. Just post about us as much or as little as you want and what makes sense for your page and audience. 

 

Is there any exclusivity or non-compete terms?

We do not require a non-compete. But we do find that the most successful affiliates have some brand loyalty and post and share about Nuzest regularly in their posts and stories. 

 

Do I get a product discount for personal use?

Yes, you can get a 25% on purchases on the site, excluding sale items, bundles, gift cards, and Lilsipper products. If you would like a personal use code, please register on our site under ACCOUNT on the right side of the homepage. Once you are registered as a "customer" on the site, we can link that email address to a special coupon code. Once this is done, email influencers@nuzest-usa.com and request the affiliate discount code and let us know what email you used to register as a customer on the site.

 

How should I refer to Nuzest products in my posts and stories?

There are so many ways that people describe our product, but the best way to mention it is:

[Flavor] [Product name]

E.g. Smooth Vanilla Clean Lean Protein from Nuzest (or @nuzest_usa) or Probiotic Cacao Digestive Support Protein from @nuzest_usa.
