Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen sweet cherries⁠
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 6 oz vanilla plant-based yogurt⁠ 
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds⁠
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract⁠
  • 1 cup almond milk⁠

  • Fresh cherries, for garnish⁠


Method

  1. Add frozen cherries, banana, plant-based yogurt, chia seeds, and vanilla extract to a blender, then pour in the almond milk.⁠
  2. Turn on the blender and blend until smooth and creamy. You may need to stop it once or twice to scrape down the sides or loosen up some frozen fruit stuck in the blades.⁠
  3. If the consistency is too thick, add more milk. If it’s too thin, add more frozen cherries, or add 1/2 cup of ice cubes.⁠
