Keeps u full and no bloating AT ALL

I've tried other protiens, and what i noticed was me bloating a bit, but this .. this doesn't do that.

The first time I tried it, I wasn't sure about the flavour (I only added water to it), but then once I added it to recipes, I'm in love. I finished one the vanilla and I've started on the strawberry both good flavours. I want to try the chocolate next time I make a purchase.
