I love creating healthy, easy to digest recipes, that are clean and high in protein. I’ve brought out my own Plant Protein Bake – a pure pea protein powder with absolutely no added flavors, colors or fillers. It’s free from gluten, dairy, soy and GMOs; and has a super fine texture and mild taste so it’s perfect as a high-protein flour substitute in cooking and baking.

TIPS & TRICKS

Pea protein powder is much denser than wheat flour and tends to absorb a lot more liquid. If you’re trying out your own recipes, start by only substituting ¼ to ½ of the flour, and add a little extra liquid to compensate.
