3 Ingredient Yogurt Cake

4 eggs
1 2/3 cups greek yogurt
3 tbsp Plant Protein Bake powder


Optional add-ins

- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

A simple, delicious cake with 86g of protein!

- Low carb
- Keto friendly
- Sugar free
- Gluten free
- Grain free
- Nut free
- Easy to digest



Mix all ingredients and pour into either 1 large, or 2 small, lined pan/s (you can also use cupcake tins). Bake at 350 F for about 1 hour. If using cupcake tins the baking time will be less and will vary. Please adjust to suit your oven. If using one large pan you may need to bake longer.
