FLOURLESS BLUEBERRY BANANA WAFFLES

This Flourless Blueberry Banana Waffles recipe is by @hannahharvestinghealth. These easy waffles can be whipped up in no time and are easily adaptable for whatever you have in your pantry or fridge!


Ingredients
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 vegan egg alternative
  • 2 tbsp nut/seed butter
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 3 tbsp Smooth Vanilla Clean Lean Protein by Nuzest
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 3 tbsp wild blueberries (I used frozen and warmed them in the microwave before mashing; if you use fresh, you may have to add a tbsp of milk or water to the batter). 



Method
  1. Whisk the egg, mashed banana, and nut butter together, then stir in the rest of the ingredients.
  2. Pour the batter into a waffle iron and enjoy!
