Ingredients
  • 2 cups gluten-free flour
  • 2 scoops Smooth Vanilla Clean Lean Protein
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp of baking soda
  • 1 tsp of baking powder
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 3 T almond milk
  • 3 T maple syrup
  • 3/4 cup vegan butter
  • 1 flax egg (1 T of ground flaxseed mixed with 2.5 T water)

Method
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix dry ingredients.
  3. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients.
  4. Mix until all ingredients are incorporated into a dough.
  5. Spoon dough onto a lined or greased cookie sheet.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes.
