Ingredients

STRAWBERRY SMOOTHIE:


  • 3 coconut cream ice cubes
  • 1 1/2 cups macadamia nut milk 
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract 
  • 1/2 serving Wild Strawberry Clean Lean Protein or Wild Strawberry Kids Good Stuff by Nuzest
  • 2 tbsp toasted coconut flakes 
  • 1 tsp macadamia nut butter
  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, chopped 
  • 1/2 peeled zucchini, chopped (about 1 cup)
  • 1/2 frozen banana 
  • 2 medjool daates
  • 4 ice cubes

CREAMY CHIA PORRIDGE:

This Grain Free Crispy Cereal Smoothie with Chia Pudding courtesy of @charissa_and_co_wellness, has two parts. A strawberry toasted cereal smoothie with a light strawberry chia porridge on the side. A little business in the front and ALLLL party in the back! 


Method

  1. Blend until smooth. 
  2. Pour into glass, then sprinkle some toasted coconut flakes, fresh strawberries, and a teaspoon of chia porridge.
  3. Mix the creamy chia porridge ingredients and keep aside for 10-15 minutes, or overnight.
  4. Enjoy on the side of the smoothie with a little toasted coconut layer, accompanied by some fresh strawberries.
