GRAIN FREE CRISPY CEREAL SMOOTHIE WITH CHIA PUDDING

This Grain Free Crispy Cereal Smoothie with Chia Pudding courtesy of @charissa_and_co_wellness, has two parts. A strawberry toasted cereal smoothie with a light strawberry chia porridge on the side.
Ingredients
STRAWBERRY SMOOTHIE:
- 3 coconut creamed ice cubes
- 1 1/2 cups of macadamia nut milk
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 scoop of Wild Strawberry Clean Lean Protein or Wild Strawberry Kids Good Stuff
- 2 tablespoons of toasted coconut flakes
- 1 teaspoon of macadamia nut butter
- 1/2 cup of fresh chopped strawberries
- 1/2 peeled zucchini chopped (1 cup of zucchini)
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 2 medjool daates
- 4 blocks of ice
CREAMY CHIA PORRIDGE:
- 30g of chia seeds
- 1/2 cup of macadamia nut milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon of Smooth Vanilla Clean Lean Protein
- 1 tablespoon of hempseed butter or macadamia butter
Method
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into your glass and sprinkle some toasted coconut flakes, fresh strawberries as well as a teaspoon of chia porridge.
- Mix the creamy chia porridge ingradients and keep aside for 10-15min or overnight.
- Enjoy on the side of the smoothie with a little toasted coconut layer accompanied by some fresh strawberries.
