High Protein Shamrock Shake
- 1 large banana, frozen
- 1 cup riced cauliflower, frozen
- 1 cup kale
- 1 serving Smooth Vanilla Clean Lean Protein by Nuzest
- 1/4 tsp mint extract
- 1 cup plant-based milk - more if you want a thinner smoothie
In honor of St. Patrick's Day, we've made a copycat version of a certain green milkshake from a certain fast food restaurant with golden arches. But our version of this special shake contains high-quality vegan Clean Lean Protein powder and sticks to a plant-based recipe. This High Protein Shamrock Shake has all the flavor you want, without all of the fake stuff you don't want.
- Add all of your ingreduents into a high-speed blender, then blend until smooth.
- Tip: If the ingredients are giving you a little trouble, try using your tamper or add a splash more milk.
