Vegan Banana Bread French Toast

French Toast

  • 2 T Flour
  • 1 T Smooth Vanilla Clean Lean Protein
  • 1 c Non-Dairy Soy Milk
  • 1 T Brown Sugar
  • 1 t Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 t Ground Cinnamon (add more if you like)
  • 1/4 t Black Salt
  • Vegan Butter or Oil for Frying
  • Bread Slices (Stale Bread preferred)

Vanilla Cream

  • 1/2 Scoop Clean Lean Protein
  • 1/2 c Vanilla Coconut Yogurt

Caramelized Banana

  • 1 Banana 
  • 1 t Brown Sugar
  • 1 t Vegan Butter or Oil
  • Dash of Ground Cinnamon (Optional)

This Vegan Banana Bread French Toast is topped with homemade Vanilla cream and caramelized bananas! It is plant-based, vegan, and dairy free. This recipe is by Georgina Xuan.


French Toast:

  1. Whisk all French toast ingredients except the bread and oil and pour into a flat-bottom plate or baking dish. 
  2. Coat both sides of the bread in the batter until completely covered. 
  3. 𝑫𝒐 𝒏𝒐𝒕 𝒔𝒐𝒂𝒌 for too long or it will be soggy.
  4. Heat a little bit of butter in a pan and add toast. 
  5. Cook over medium heat until golden brown.

Vanilla Cream:

  1. Mix both ingredients together till fully combined, ensure there is no lumps.

Caramalized Banana:

  1. Slice the banana lengthwise, Heat a little bit.
