This Perfect Protein Bar recipe comes courtesy of @figgindelicious. This vegan protein bar recipe is easily adaptable to your flavor preference or mood, so give it a try and you can have great tasting vegan protein bars with minimal ingredients.


Ingredients

1 cup natural peanut butter

3 tbsp maple syrup

2 scoops Just Natural Clean Lean Protein

2 tsp coconut milk

1.5 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 cup chocolate chips


Method

1. Mix all ingredients together (except the chocolate chips).

2. Line an 8 x 8 dish with parchment paper and evenly spread mixture across bottom.

3. Sprinkle chocolate chips over top and press down with a spatula.

4. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours, cut and enjoy.
